We're growing our Geelong team and looking for a skilled A-Grade Electrician to join our Healthcare Service & Maintenance Team. Based from our North Geelong office, you'll primarily work within a major healthcare facility, maintaining critical electrical infrastructure and supporting the day-to-day operation of essential services.

About the Role

You’ll be working within a healthcare environment, carrying out service, maintenance, fault finding and minor works to support critical electrical infrastructure and building operations.

Your day-to-day may include:

- General electrical service and maintenance
- Fault finding, repairs and reactive works
- Preventative maintenance, testing and compliance works




- RCD testing, emergency lighting and thermal scanning
- Responding to client service requests and work orders
- Liaising professionally with healthcare staff, contractors and facility managers
- Completing job records and documentation through job management systems
- Identifying opportunities for minor works and project improvements
- Supporting apprentices and other team members where required

What we’re looking for

- Victorian A-Grade Electrical Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- Experience in commercial, industrial, service or maintenance work
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High standards of professionalism, integrity and discretion
- Safety-focused with pride in your workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical

Highly regarded

- Previous experience working within healthcare, hospital or critical infrastructure environments
- Experience with preventative maintenance or reactive service work
- EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant tickets
- Open Cablers Licence
- Experience using AroFlo or similar job management software
- Experience mentoring apprentices or supporting small teams
