Sigma Healthcare is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager for our Truganina Distribution Centre, Melbourne West. You will lead a 300-robust team within a 24/7, 45,000sqm facility, shaping performance, safety and a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the State Logistics Manager, you will influence frontline operations and partner across shifts to deliver service targets while managing budgets and labour costs.
