About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Project Manager to join our team and kick-start your career in the utilities and infrastructure space.
The role will see you working closely with experienced Project Managers, supporting the delivery of projects across the electricity networks within Victoria. You’ll gain hands-on exposure in managing projects, developing your technical, commercial and leadership skills in a supportive environment.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to build a long-term career in project management within the energy sector.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Managers with the planning and delivery of projects
- Assist in developing project plans, scheduling, resourcing and delivery.
- Track and forecast projects, budgeting and risk assessment.
- Maintain project documentation including reports, site records and meeting minutes
- Assist with procurement activities and coordination of materials and deliveries
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Attend site visits to monitor progress, safety and quality standards
- Identify and help manage project risks and issues
- Support preparation of financial reports, claims and variations
- Contribute to project close-out activities and lessons learned
- Maintain strong communication with clients and project teams
- Adhere to safety, environmental and quality standards at all times
What you will need:
- Completing or recently completed a degree in Project Management or Construction Management
- Solid interest in project management (internships, placements or uni projects highly regarded)
- Basic understanding of project lifecycle, scheduling and cost control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
