Your Role
As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for processing loan applications and delivering exceptional customer service. Your tasks will include:
- Collecting and verifying documentation

- Assessing application suitability
- Creating loan contracts
- Guiding customers through the application process

- Experience in customer service or a similar role
- A track record of meeting KPIs and targets
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities
- A mature, resilient nature
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
