Description
- Prepare and present monthly management reports, variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Partner with internal leaders to provide commercial insights
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and rolling financial planning cycles
- Deliver cost analysis, including standard costing and margin/profitability reviews
- Identify opportunities for process and reporting improvements
Profile
- CA/CPA qualified, or degree qualified with strong commercial experience
- Prior experience as a Finance Analyst, Finance Business Partner or Management Accountant, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment
- Solid Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) advantageous
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence non financial stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
