About the Role:

Are you a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and a focus on safety and quality? We are seeking a motivated full-time Production Operator to join our Operations team in Wyong.

As a Production Operator, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will operate production equipment, maintain production records, and contribute to a safe and productive workplace.

This is a casual role, you will be paid a base rate + 25% casual loading.

Our operating hours are between 5:30am – 10:36pm. We are currently looking for candidates for the following shifts:

Monday – Thursday, 5:30am – 2:06pm, Friday 5:30am – 11:06am

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and production schedules
- Monitor product quality and identify defects or non-conforming products
- Pack, sort, move, and handle raw materials and finished goods
- Complete production, safety, and quality documentation accurately
- Perform manual handling tasks as required
- Support cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance of work areas and equipment




- Dispose of production waste in accordance with company procedures
- Participate in daily safety stretches, toolbox meetings, and training activities
- Contribute to a positive safety culture and maintain high housekeeping standards
- Assist with general production operations and support team objectives

About You:

- Some experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desired
- Ability to work safely and follow production procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude
