Clinical Practice Lead, Integrated Wellbeing Hub
This position is available as full-time or part-time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension. Based in Northern Sydney area with a hybrid work arrangement.
Working in partnership with the Service Manager, multidisciplinary teams, consortium partners and key stakeholders, the Clinical Practice Lead supports clinical decision-making, workforce capability, risk management, continuous quality improvement and the implementation of best practice across both programs. The role also provides clinical consultation and guidance to support service development and may contribute clinical expertise across other Grand Pacific Health programs as required.

Duties
- Partner with the Service Manager, multidisciplinary teams, consortium partners and stakeholders to strengthen clinical practice and service delivery.
- Guide clinical decision‑making, build workforce capability and support risk management across both programs.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and embed best practice across services.
- Provide clinical consultation, support service development and share expertise across Grand Pacific Health programs as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, or Occupational Therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a Mental Health Social Worker.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in providing a range of holistic, recovery‑oriented, evidence‑based therapeutic services.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and consultation skills to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and/or supervision experience of a multidisciplinary team, including the facilitation of clinical review, development of clinical pathways and oversight of clinical performance of team members.
