What You'll Be Doing

From day one, you'll gain exposure to cutting-edge enterprise technologies and develop practical skills that employers value. You'll learn how to:

- Deliver remote technical support to end users
- Deploy software and manage enterprise technology environments
- Troubleshoot PCs, devices, and Windows-based systems
- Support desktop, LAN, and printer environments
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
- Work with industry-standard incident management tools




- Assist with user support, training, and technology administration
- Collaborate with experienced IT professionals across the business
