JB Hi-Fi Group is seeking a Returns Team Member to support the Home Delivery Centre, ensuring timely and accurate handling of faulty, defective and damaged bulky goods. You will work closely with stores and other HDC teams to resolve issues and deliver positive outcomes for customers.
Two roles are available: Saturday to Wednesday 9:30am–5:50pm, or Sunday to Thursday 6am–2pm. In office at our Victoria operations, with flexibility and a focus on quality service.
