In this role, you’ll:
Join our Operations Program Management team, where you will strengthen how programs are governed, tracked and delivered across our Operations Planning branch.
Your work will bring structure, visibility and consistency to program performance, supporting decision-making at all levels and ensuring governance processes are applied effectively. You will play a key role in connecting data, controls and reporting, helping to ensure programs are well-managed, compliant and aligned to branch priorities.
You will:
- Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of governance frameworks, processes and systems across programs
- Monitor program performance, including risks, schedules, costs and changes, ensuring alignment with established controls
- Prepare and deliver consolidated program and governance reports, highlighting key insights and issues for decision-makers
- Coordinate compliance activities such as audits, reviews and performance assessments to support effective oversight
- Provide advice and guidance to program teams on governance processes, reporting expectations and adherence to controls
- Maintain accurate program governance records and documentation to support transparency and accountability
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of governance policies and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting, systems and overall program governance maturity.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position offering hybrid working options from our Elizabeth Street office.
Your expertise in program governance and performance monitoring allows you to bring clarity and structure to complex delivery environments. You are known for your ability to track multiple moving parts, ensuring programs remain aligned, compliant and on course.
Your strong track record in analysing program data and preparing high-quality reporting enables you to surface meaningful insights and support informed decision-making. You bring a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing work that is accurate, timely and impactful.
You are recognised for your ability to apply governance frameworks in a practical way, translating policy into action and supporting teams to work consistently within established controls.
Your approach is both structured and cooperative, enabling you to guide others while building strong working relationships.
Your communication skills allow you to engage confidently with stakeholders, providing clear advice, managing expectations and contributing to a shared understanding of program performance and risks.
You bring relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, along with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement. You take ownership of your work and are motivated to strengthen governance practices that support better program outcomes.
