We are seeking an experienced and commercially focusedGroup Revenue Cycle Managerto lead and optimise the end-to-endAdmission-to-Cash functionacross the Group.

Reporting directly to theChief Financial Officer, this is a key leadership position with responsibility for establishing a consistent Group revenue cycle operating model, strengthening billing and collections, improving revenue integrity and cash flow, and driving operational performance across all five hospitals.

The successful candidate will be based at ourPenrith Head Office, with approximately 50% travel across our hospital network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Group's revenue cycle function across the group and establish a group operating model

Establish and lead the centralised billing and collection’s function, including recruitment, workflows, controls, service standards and performance reporting.

Drive improvements in billing accuracy, claims performance, collections, cash flow and revenue capture.

Identify and address revenue leakage, missed charges, billing errors, delayed claims and avoidable write-offs.

Establish consistent Group-wide policies, procedures, controls and quality assurance processes.

Monitor revenue cycle KPIs including billing, claims, debt ageing, collections, productivity, quality and turnaround times.

Lead and develop Hospital Administration Managers and broader revenue cycle teams.

Drive continuous improvement, workforce capability and consistent practices across the hospitals.





Partner with Health Information Services and Clinical Coding to optimise the end-to-end revenue cycle.

Ensure revenue processes balance financial performance with a positive patient experience.

About You

You will be an experienced healthcare revenue cycle leader with strong commercial and financial acumen and a proven ability to lead teams and drive change across multiple sites.

You will bring:

Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, patient administration, hospital finance or a comparable environment.

Strong knowledge of theAdmission-to-Cash lifecycle.

Experience in Australian private hospital billing, claims and collections.

Understanding of Medicare, MBS, private health insurers, DVA, workers compensation and other payer arrangements.

Experience establishing or managing a centralised billing or collections function.

A demonstrated track record of process improvement, revenue integrity and operational efficiency.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence executives, hospital leaders and clinical stakeholders.
