Randstad is currently working with an exciting client to find a UX Research Analyst. This is a full time permanent position based in Brisbane with WFH flexibility and free onsite parking.

Role: UX Research Analyst (permanent, full time)
Location: Brisbane with WFH flexibility and free onsite parking
Annual Salary: $100k to $120k + super
About the Role:
As a key member of a delivery team, the Research Analyst UX works closely with the UX/UI Designers, Digital Delivery stakeholders and other data specialists to provide key insights into the customer experience within the digital area of interest.
Key Duties:
- Conduct quantitative UX research, including surveys, analytics, A/B testing, and statistical analysis, across digital customer experience journeys.
- Evaluate complex information from large-scale datasets using advanced analytical techniques to identify key user behavior trends and patterns.
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end research initiatives with significant autonomy, adapting methodologies to novel and complex contexts.
- Translate complex research findings into clear, compelling narratives to communicate actionable insights effectively to diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion a "customer-led" culture and maintain consistency across online products and digital journeys.
