genU and Matchworks are seeking a passionate Mental Health Employment Coach to guide participants in an IPS program toward meaningful employment. You’ll work within a community mental health clinic with clinicians, providing end-to-end support from job search to sustained employment.
Open to part time 0.8 FTE, flexible hours, and a caseload focused on recovery, wellbeing, and real outcomes for participants. NDIA checks and related certifications will be supported.
