We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Microsoft Dynamics delivery team.
You can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.You'll be part of a supportive, close-knit PMO team that genuinely values collaboration, flexibility and work/life balance.

Whether you're navigating a complex programme, managing stakeholders, or tackling delivery challenges, you'll have the support you need while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid working setting.You'll play a key role in:Delivering large-scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement programmes, working with clients, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to turn strategy into successful outcomes.Lead the delivery of complex Dynamics 365CE projects and strategic initiativesBring together multiple teams to drive successful project outcomesPartner closely with stakeholders to define requirements, scope and delivery plansProactively identify and manage risks, issues and dependenciesDrive governance,
reporting and decision-making throughout the project lifecycleYour profile:Your profile:We're interested in people who combine strong project leadership with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently navigate complex environments.Experience working for a consulting or technology vendor (essential)Strong project and programme management experience across multiple teams and workstreamsExperience delivering projects using Agile, DevOps or hybrid delivery methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a data-driven approach to decision makingPublic sector experience (highly regarded)Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, Protected, PRINCE2 or PMP/PMIExperience using Agile lifecycle management tools such as Azure DevOps, or Jira and ConfluenceThis is an chance to work on high-profile Microsoft projects, collaborate with talented consultants across Recent Zealand and Australia, and be part of a team that genuinely values flexibility, support and professional growth.
