be part of a rewarding not-for-profit organisationWhat You Will DoPersonal care is provided in accordance with each resident's needs and preferences such as personal hygiene, continence care, mobility, eating & drinking etc.Clinical Care such as medication support, basic dressings, and wound care, measuring vital signs etcSocial and recreational support such as assisting residents' family and visitors and assisting residents attending activities.Domestic services such as cleaning and serving meals,Assessment and care planning such as completing care documentation, including progress notes and daily chartsWho are you and what will you bring?
Minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in same)Experience in providing daily care and activities to clientsExperience in working in an Aged Care settingCurrently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain)Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to careDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
