You will gain exposure to sophisticated, cross-jurisdictional transactions across a diverse range of asset classes, while working within a collaborative and high-performing national team.The RoleYou will advise on a broad range of real estate matters, including:Acquisitions and disposals of commercial propertyLarge-scale property and capital transactionsDue diligence investigations and reportingDrafting and negotiating contracts for sale,



leases and agreements for leasePEXA settlements and transaction managementStrategic advice on complex real estate transactionsAdvising clients across office, industrial, logistics, retail, agribusiness, data centres and other major asset classesThe role offers significant client exposure and the chance to work on some of Australia's most complex real estate transactions.About YouYou will have:2+ years' post-admission experience in Real Estate law gained within private practiceStrong experience in property transactions and due diligenceExperience drafting and negotiating commercial property documentsFamiliarity with PEXA, Revenue NSW and NSW Land Registry ServicesStrong commercial judgement and excellent stakeholder management skillsA cooperative approach and genuine interest in building a long-term career in commercial real estate
