We're looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join a growing internal IT team and play a key role in delivering high-quality support services across the business.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll be the go-to person for end‐user support, device management, Microsoft 365 administration, and day‐to‐day IT operations.Please note: This role will be based 5 days per week onsite in Western SydneyWhat You'll Be DoingProvide Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and systems.Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications.Manage incidents and service requests through the ITSM system.Support Microsoft 365, Intune, user identity services, and endpoint management.Provision and deploy laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.Assist with procurement, asset lifecycle management, and licence compliance.Support IT security initiatives, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities.Contribute to process improvement, documentation,



and knowledge sharing across the IT team.What We're Looking ForStrong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, and business applications.Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms.Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPNs, and Wi‐Fi.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively.ITIL knowledge highly regarded.Why Apply?
