You will manage the MSP relationship, triage tickets, and ensure staff have reliable access to technology.The role covers end-user support, telephony, device lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, software licensing, and security administration.
You will work across multiple sites, coordinate network uplift, deploy updates, and provide practical end-user training.
