Led by industry‐leading partners, the corporate tax group advises on complex and high‐profile transactions.Your RoleWorking closely with national corporate/direct tax partners and senior team members, you will handle tax structuring, financing, tax due diligence, contract drafting, employment taxes and general income tax advice.
Many matters involve corporate income tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, divestments and capital reorganisations.More About YouAt least 3 years' experience post‐admission and technical experience in taxPrior work in a law firm, Big‐4 skilled services firm,
