The OpportunityThis is a key leadership role responsible for establishing the financial foundations of the hotel during its pre-opening phase and ensuring strong financial governance, performance insight and commercial discipline once operational.Reporting to the General Manager, with a strong partnership to the Group Finance team, the Finance Manager will lead all financial operations for the hotel.You will provide trusted commercial insight to the leadership team, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls and strategic financial guidance that supports sound decision-making and sustainable performance.As part of the pre-opening leadership team, you will play a critical role in setting up financial systems, processes and controls that support the successful launch and long-term performance of the hotel.What You'll DoLead the financial management and reporting for Crystalbrook AuroraDeliver accurate monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting processesProvide commercial insights to support revenue performance and cost managementEnsure compliance with company policies, financial controls and regulatory requirementsOversee accounts payable, receivable,
