Manufacturing Support Engineer required at Cochlear, based in Macquarie University or Lane Cove.
Provides engineering support during manufacturing of cochlear implant and external accessories, focusing on yield, quality, throughput and problem resolution.ResponsibilitiesFirst point of contact for manufacturing on yield, quality and throughput issues.Provide solutions to production problems and analyse manufacturing rejects.Reclaim where possible, identify and rectify root causes of rejects.Process non-conformances accurately and effectively.Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory bodies.Identify prospects for safety, quality and cost improvements.Execute root cause investigations and document corrective action reports.QualificationsEssential tertiary qualifications in Mechanical,
