We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancer to join our team!
This role is based at our Caboolture office with some scope to work from home for part of the week.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing files from start to finish
Conduct thorough contract reviews
Coordinate settlements via PEXA
Communicate effectively with clients, banks, agents, and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate files and databases
Perform other administrative tasks as required
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience as conveyancer, property paralegal or conveyancing clerk OR strong experience in a similar type role within property management, banking/finance, insurance,



real estate admin etc
Solid communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders
Commitment to delivering exceptional service
Exceptional attention to detail
Highly organised with excellent time management & prioritising skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
A positive and pro-active team attitude
