Marketing Specialist - Reebok (Fixed Term)

ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

This 9-month fixed-term contract is an exciting opportunity to help bring Reebok to life across Australia and New Zealand. As Marketing Specialist, you’ll turn seasonal strategy into engaging campaigns, content and cultural moments that drive both brand relevance and commercial performance. Working closely with product, sales, digital and creative teams, you’ll support the execution of marketing initiatives across social, digital, partnerships and activation's that connect the brand with today’s consumer.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Supporting the development and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns aligned with Reebok’s brand positioning and commercial priorities.
- Managing and optimising Reebok ANZ social channels, ensuring consistent storytelling and strong engagement across key platforms.
- Coordinating creators, athletes, ambassadors and agency partners to deliver compelling content and campaigns.
- Executing marketing activity across owned channels including digital, email and social, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing and trade calendar.
- Monitoring campaign and social performance, sharing insights and identifying opportunities to optimise future activity.




- Supporting cultural activations, brand events and product launches from planning through to in office execution.
- Assisting with marketing budgets, campaign administration and agency management to ensure efficient delivery.

ABOUT YOU

- Experience in marketing, ideally within sport, lifestyle, fashion or consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing and campaign execution.
- The ability to translate brand strategy into engaging content, partnerships and activations.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with marketing, digital, product and sales teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sport, culture and storytelling that connects brands with modern audiences.
