About the Role

Reporting to the Residential Sales and Marketing Manager, this role leads the administration, governance and operational control of residential sales activity across the Maas Residential Real Estate portfolio.

You will oversee sales administration, Contracts of Sale, CRM data, reporting, legal coordination and stakeholder communication from enquiry through to settlement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the Sales Administration team, including workload allocation, coaching and service standards.
- Manage residential Contracts of Sale from exchange through to settlement.
- Maintain contract registers, purchaser files, settlement schedules and CRM data.
- Coordinate with solicitors, conveyancers, external agencies, purchasers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare sales, settlement, inventory,



agency performance and executive reports.
- Drive process improvement, system governance and accurate reporting across sales operations.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

- Minimum five years’ experience in residential property, sales operations, contract administration, conveyancing, legal administration or a related field.
- Experience managing Contracts of Sale through to settlement.
- Experience supervising, mentoring or coordinating administrative staff.
- Advanced Excel, Microsoft 365 and CRM/system capability.
- Strong reporting, data accuracy, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, accountability and a continuous improvement mindset.
