The University of Sydney is seeking a Salesforce Training and Adoption Specialist to deliver engaging training and onboarding for Jarvis, our bespoke Salesforce CRM. This 0.6FTE continuing position emphasizes learning design, stakeholder engagement and ongoing user support to maximise CRM value.

You will design materials, run training sessions, and partner with business champions to improve adoption while leveraging data to measure impact and drive improvements.
