The Role

As an Asset Administrator, you will be a central part of ourAssets Team, responsible for maintaining accurate asset records, supporting compliance, liaising with site teams and suppliers. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone withexperience in asset or maintenance administration, looking for responsibility and growth in a supportive workplace.

Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

Asset Management & Data Control

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset registers for all mobile and fixed assets
- Ensure asset details (serial numbers, locations, status, ownership, lifecycle stage) are correctly recorded

Asset & Compliance Support

- Support planning and scheduling of compliance requirements
- Monitor statutory inspections, certifications, and compliance documentation





Procurement & Costing Support

- Assist with asset procurement documentation, including purchase orders
- Maintain records for rebuilds, upgrades, and major component changes

Reporting & Administration

- Generate asset, utilisation, breakdown, and lifecycle reports
- Support month-end and budget reporting with accurate asset data

Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and logistics providers
- Support coordination of asset movements between sites and workshops

About You

We are seeking someone withproven experience in asset or maintenance administrationwho is organised, proactive, and can take ownership of their work.

- Previous experience in asset, maintenance, or operations administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in mining, drilling, construction, or heavy equipment environments
- Familiarity with asset management systems such asPronto
- Understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes
