You'll sit within the central Data & Analytics team but work primarily with the Medical business's finance, supply chain, customer service, sales and commercial leadership, giving you real visibility across the business rather than a narrow technical brief.
The Medical business spans emergency care, transport care, acute care and communications solutions, covering products like ambulance stretchers, transport devices, hospital beds and defibrillators.
The team is close knit, still growing, and genuinely invests in people through internal learning and development initiatives.What you'll be doingAct as the dedicated Data & Analytics partner for the Medical businessBuild trusted relationships and understand business problems,



priorities and prospects firsthandEstablish data and reporting best practice in a business area still early in its data maturityReplace manual Excel reporting with automated Power BI solutionsUse SQL and Python to solve problems and deliver data solutions end to endSupport the move towards Databricks and Microsoft FabricContribute to more advanced AI and machine learning work as it developsExplain both straightforward and complex data concepts clearly to non technical stakeholdersOwn work from initial problem definition through to delivery and adoptionWhat we're looking forStrong technical credibility across SQL, Python and Power BIConfidence exploring Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, even without deep hands on experienceA track record improving manual or immature data environmentsGenuine comfort communicating with executives, commercial leaders and operational teams alikeA hands on approach, including a willingness to do the detailed, less glamorous workA history of owning initiatives rather than escalating and handing them offAdaptability and resilience when priorities shift quicklyA real interest in stakeholder engagement and upskilling othersExperience in healthcare, medtech, FMCG, finance or consultingExposure to businesses undergoing data transformation or modernisationMotivation drawn from purpose driven work and visible business impact
