consultants and site teams from early stages through to completion.Key responsibilities include:Leading project delivery from planning through to handoverCoordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teamsManaging client relationships and key stakeholdersDriving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomesIdentifying and managing project risks and reporting requirementsSupporting and mentoring junior team membersWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience as a Project Manager in a building construction environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsA cooperative, solutions-focused approachRelevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similarWe value the knowledge, experience, and perspectives of First Nationpeoples, and strongly encourage applications from First Nation candidates.RCC has a Preferred Supplier Agreement (PSA) in place.
