Our field data collection teams are spread across Europe, North America, and Asia, ready to accept current challenges.Role OverviewThe ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) Tester is responsible for testing and evaluating vehicle safety and automation features, including collecting data and providing feedback on the performance of ADAS technologies.EligibilityMust be at least twenty‐one (21) years oldPossess a valid driver's licenseKey ResponsibilitiesOperate/test vehicles equipped with ADAS technology on various predefined and undefined routes in different environmental conditionsMonitor and evaluate ADAS performance, including lane‐keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, emergency braking, and other automated driving featuresConduct manual and autonomous driving tests while ensuring safety and compliance with testing protocolsLog test data, report anomalies,



and provide detailed feedback to engineering and development teamsComplete timely and accurate test reports documenting observations and system performanceWork versatile shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shiftsMaintain high safety standards inside and outside the vehicleNecessary SkillsProficiency with a laptop and Office applications (i.e., Gmail, Sheets, and Docs)Experience using handheld devices/touchscreen smartphonesStrong attention to detail with the ability to provide transparent and concise feedbackAbility to follow test protocols and communicate effectively with engineering teamsPhysical RequirementsOccasional standing, walking, and long periods of sittingAbility to use hands to handle devices, feel controls, and communicate effectivelyAbility to climb stairs and/or ladders when necessaryOccasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawlMust be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 poundsMust have solid vision, including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusMost work is accomplished outdoors in a vehicle
