The role offers hands-on exposure to a broad range of private client matters and genuine career progression opportunities.Key responsibilitiesDraft wills, trusts, powers of attorney,



and related estate planning documentsAssist with and manage probate and estate administration filesAdvise clients on succession planning and asset protection strategiesLiaise with executors, trustees, and beneficiariesConduct legal research and prepare correspondence and court documents as requiredSupport senior lawyers on complex or high-value estatesRequirementsQualified solicitor with approximately 2 years PQE in estate planning and/or probateExperience drafting wills and managing estate administration filesStrong understanding of succession and trust legislationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage files with appropriate supervisionProfessional and client-focusedStrong attention to detailOrganised with effective time management skillsEager to develop technical expertise within private client lawCollaborative and team-orientedWhats on offerCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)Strong mentoring and development supportExposure to high-quality, complex workClear progression opportunities
