We're looking for a registered nurse who is passionate about aged care and ready to provide compassionate care to our residents across our 94 homes in Australia.About the RoleA comfort to our residents – being a excellent nurse is about how you make people feel.ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical care to residents.Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for recent and existing residents.Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care.QualificationsA nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.Previous experience in an aged care home.A real desire to make a difference in people's lives.The ability to build rapport with residents, families,
