The Opportunity
A well-established Eastern Suburbs agency is looking for an experienced Property Manager or Senior PM to join their team. This is a rare role with a manageable portfolio, genuine support structures in place and none of the usual noise that comes with PM.
The Role
80 properties growing to 160 over time. Monday to Friday. No leasing. No accounts. Inspection support provided. Parking on site. Up to $110,000 package depending on experience.
What You Will Be Doing
Managing all aspects of your portfolio including landlord and tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rent reviews, lease renewals and compliance. Conducting and overseeing routine and outgoing inspections with support. Building strong,
long-term relationships with your clients and delivering consistently high service standards.
About You
You are an experienced PM or Senior PM with a solid residential background who takes pride in your work and builds genuine client relationships. You are organised, confident managing a portfolio independently and looking for a role where you can actually do PM properly without being stretched in every direction. NSW Real Estate Licence held.
