We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Administrator / Coordinator to join a well established and growing residential building business based in Ormeau.
This is a great chance for someone who enjoys being organised, communicating with people and keeping multiple moving parts on track.
Our client is an established residential builder with a strong presence across South East Queensland, delivering new homes and residential projects with a focus on quality, efficiency and customer experience.
Key responsibilties
- Coordinating maintenance and defect requests from homeowners
- Liaising with clients, site teams, supervisors, trades and subcontractors
- Scheduling trades and coordinating access to properties
- Raising and managing work orders
- Following up outstanding maintenance items and ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timeframes
- Keeping clients updated throughout the maintenance process
- Coordinating inspections and arranging the appropriate trades to attend site
- Assisting with defect management and ensuring issues are appropriately documented and resolved
- Processing invoices and checking completed works
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
