Hybrid working approach with a centrally located office in the Sydney CBD. The expectation is full-time in office to support training and development for the first 6-8 weeks, after this period, you may be eligible to work up to 2 days per week from home. Note: Contact Centre only operates from 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

This role is responsible for answering incoming customer calls, using LRS policies to solve customer issues concerning land information and directing calls through various channels when necessary. Often the first point of contact for customer issues this role requires commitment to customer satisfaction. Responding to inquiries on all matters relating to the operations, practices and procedures for Dealings Registration & Search, a division within LRS.

Ensuring high levels of customer service delivery and the provision of a quality customer experience.





About You

You are a customer-focused professional with experience in a contact centre or frontline service environment. You have strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

You will bring:

- Experience providing high-quality customer service in a contact centre workplace (1-2+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, help desk support processes, and contact centre technologies such as AWS Connect and Freshdesk.
- Solid analytical, conflict resolution, organisational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer-based systems.
- The ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of LRS systems, processes, policies, and privacy requirements.
