About this Program
About the opportunity
Are you passionate about supporting young people through mental health challenges? As a Recovery Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping young individuals aged 15-24 reclaim their identities, build resilience, and take control of their futures.
In this role, you’ll work closely with participants, their families, and care teams to develop tailored recovery plans that focus on independence, self-determination, and meaningful life goals.
You’ll engage participants in activities that foster life skills, connect them with their communities, and help them reach their recovery goals.
But the impact goes beyond support – you’ll be part of a collaborative process with clinicians and families to ensure safe, effective care. You’ll use tools like the Wellify app and participate in family-sensitive practices to help families understand and support their loved ones’ recovery.
This is your chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people, empowering them to thrive in their communities. If you’re ready to guide, inspire, and walk alongside young people on their recovery journey, we want to hear from you!
