If you answered yes, we should probably have a chat. Beyond Clean Group is growing again, and we're on the hunt for genuinely skilled Restoration Technicians to join our crew.

You'll be based in Brisbane, but water, fire, mould and storms don't care about postcodes - so you'll occasionally pack the van and head up to the Sunshine Coast or down to the Gold Coast when the work calls. Think of it as a paid road trip, minus the snacks.

We specialise in water damage restoration, mould remediation, fire and smoke remediation, and storm recovery - working alongside insurance companies, builders, and private clients. No two days are the same, which is either exciting or mildly chaotic depending on how you look at it. We prefer "exciting".

You'll need:

- IICRC or RIA qualifications
- Experience as a Restoration Technician or Senior Restoration Technician/Project Manager
- A driver's licence
- A pulse
- Common sense (surprisingly hard to find)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment
- The ability to not throw a "sickie" every Monday or Friday
- Pride in your work
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks in various environmental conditions
- A sense of humour - because some days the only thing standing between you and a flooded property is a laugh and another can of Red Bull!





What you'll actually be doing

- Working as part of a team! This is the most important skill we are looking for
- Lead and manage restoration projects from initial assessment through to completion, ensuring all work complies to industry (AS-IICRC-S500 and AS-IICRC-S520) standards, as well as all health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct detailed damage assessments and provide technical recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Operate and maintain specialist restoration equipment including dehumidifiers, air movers, water extraction units, and moisture monitoring devices
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, mould remediation, and fire damage restoration services
- Document all project details accurately, including before-and-after assessments, work completed, and client communications
- Liaise with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to coordinate project timelines and manage expectations
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing solutions to optimise project efficiency
- Stay current with industry developments and contribute to continuous improvement of our service delivery
- Look after our customers who are usually having one of the worst days of their lives
