Reporting to our General Manager, this role is an opportunity for you to be part of our growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance brand awareness, foster customer loyalty and drive growth by focusing on community management. Managing a small team, you will roadmap our social media marketing campaigns and overlook all social platforms to ensure the brand voice and visuals are consistent.
The role is based at head office in Fairfield and is an in-office role.
How you will contribute:
Alongside the Growth Marketing Manager, roadmap each quarter’s marketing campaigns outlining the branding and social tactics to build a community
Strategically plan social tactics in advance on the marketing planner and on the campaign tactic planner
Create and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all channels (photography, videography, social media) ensuring alignment with the brand’s core values and messaging
Lead the team to come up with new ideas,
and manage social media content and approvals to ensure ideas come to life
Lead photoshoots as the creative director alongside photographer
and execute ideas including having oversight of photoshoots and content development required
Develop PR, influencer and ambassador management strategy
Participate in the content and be the face for our brand alongside the Social Media Coordinator
To be successful in this role:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar creative role
Proven track record in creating engaging content for various social media platforms
Qualification or certification in graphics, fashion, photography, marketing or a related field
Proven experience in creative visual projects
Proven track record in building and executing brand strategies
Ability to create content on Canva and Capcut
Proven project management and leadership skills (managing a small team)
Experience with fashion industry (desirable)
