About the role

What we’re looking for (Selection Criteria)

You’re someone who:

- Builds and manages strong stakeholder relationships, navigating complex and competing priorities to achieve positive outcomes and resolve issues effectively.
- Thinks strategically, translating long-term objectives into practical plans and actions while considering broader organisational and system-wide impacts.
- Communicates with confidence and credibility, delivering clear, consistent messages and handling complex or sensitive discussions effectively.
- Influences and engages stakeholders to build support, drive collaboration and achieve shared outcomes across diverse groups.
- Adapts quickly to changing priorities and works effectively across teams, organisations and stakeholder groups to deliver results.

Qualifications and experience

You’ll bring:

- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and enterprise systems and tools (mandatory).
- Experience leveraging enterprise platforms to support stakeholder engagement, communication, governance and business operations.
- The ability to use technology-enabled solutions to improve efficiency,



maintain accurate information and support informed decision-making.
