One Family Yoga, Pilates & Fitness (Holland Park, Brisbane) is looking for a Salesperson who genuinely loves people, thinks fast on the phone, and wants to be measured on real numbers, not vibes.

What You'll Do

- Convert warm and paid leads into memberships across our Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Matwork Pilates and Fitness offerings
- Own first contact on every fresh lead and keep it moving through a structured follow up pipeline
- Run outbound and inbound calls during set daily call windows, every weekday and weekend
- Record and review your own calls to sharpen your script, your tone and your close
- Work closely with the owner during your first 30 days to master our sales approach
- Become the first voice a prospective member hears from our studio, and the reason they say yes

What We're Looking For

- A self starter who does not need to be chased to hit the phones




- Someone who genuinely loves to chat and can build rapport with a stranger in thirty seconds
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in working to KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
- Coachable. You take feedback well and you actually apply it, every single time
- Proven sales script experience. You have worked a structured script before and know why it works
- Competitive, but not ego driven. You want to win the numbers, not the argument
- Believes in what we do. Daily movement changes lives, and you want to be part of that story

One Family was founded by Lainie and Victor when they were newcomers to Brisbane, looking for a community of families who wanted to build a daily movement habit together. That's still who we are. We believe variety in training keeps bodies secure and minds engaged, which is why we run Yoga, Pilates and Fitness side by side under one roof. We're warm, we're direct, and we hold a high standard because our members deserve it.
