Work Skills Tasmania

New South Wales

Workskills is a proud not-for-profit that’s been helping Tasmanians find their way into meaningful work for over 40 years, and we’re still just as passionate about it today. Based across Southern Tasmania, we’re all about community, connection, and creating real opportunities for people to thrive.

What’s our mission?

It’s simple (and seriously rewarding). We get to know people, help them build confidence and skills, connect them with jobs or training that make sense for them, and support them to stay there. The impact? Stronger people, stronger families, and stronger communities.

Our teams are friendly, down-to-earth, and big on great customer service. We celebrate wins (big and small), back each other, and are always looking for smarter, better ways to do what we do. Continuous improvement and positive outcomes aren’t just buzzwords here; they’re part of our everyday work.

At Workskills, your work genuinely matters. You’ll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of Tasmanians, and that’s something we’re very proud of.

compliant and customer-focused services.

If you enjoy building rapport, solving problems and making a positive difference with every interaction, this could be the perfect role for you.
