Roles and Responsibilities:





- Providing friendly and accurate customer service about products and services
- Log details and all calls, emails, and communications received.
- Ability to maintain and pursue product knowledge
- Maintain our standard for store/personal presentation. (Webstore)
- Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
- Dealing with customer queries/complaints and offering solutions
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, to abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain personal hygiene.
