Wash It Australia is one of Australia’s leading providers of mobile truck washing services, delivering professional fleet washing solutions to major transport, logistics and industrial companies nationwide.

We're looking for an experienced, hands‑on leader with a background in transport, logistics or field operations to manage our Queensland operations, lead our team and ensure safe, productive service delivery across the state.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, you will take ownership of all Queensland operations, including but not limited to:

- Leading day‑to‑day operations across Queensland.
- Managing staff, rosters and operational performance.
- Recruiting, training and developing team members.
- Managing customer relationships and resolving operational issues.
- Overseeing budgets, labour costs and Profit & Loss (P&L;).
- Consistently improving productivity, profitability and service quality.
- Managing equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Ensuring compliance with WHS and company procedures.
- Supporting mobilisation of new customer sites.




- Driving a strong safety and customer service culture.

About You

You’ll ideally have:

- Leadership experience managing operational teams.
- Experience managing budgets and P&L.;
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Mechanical aptitude with petrol‑powered equipment or industrial machinery.
- A hands‑on approach and willingness to lead from the front.
- Previous experience in transport, logistics or industrial services (preferred).
- Ability to travel throughout Queensland.
- Ability to complete customer site inductions.
- Occasional weekend travel/site audits as required.
