An experiencedOrganisational Change Management and Communications Leadis required tolead the Solution Adoption workstream for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation within a Government organisation.
This is a senior, hands-on delivery role responsible for ensuring the workforce is prepared, capable and ready to adopt current systems,processesand ways of working.
You will bring together organisational change, communications, stakeholder engagement, businessreadinessand adoption activities across the SAP delivery lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Solution Adoption workstream.
- Develop and execute the Change Management Strategy and OCM Plan.
- Integrate change activities with solution design, testing,deploymentand transition to BAU.
- Lead stakeholder analysis, engagementplanningand change interventions.
- Develop executive messaging, communicationplansand leadership toolkits.
- Establish and manage Change Champion and Super User networks.
- Oversee Change Impact Assessments andimpactvalidation.
- Translate solution decisions into practical stakeholder,learningand readiness actions.
- Lead business readiness assessments and provide go-live recommendations.
Skills
- Extensive experience leading organisational change across large-scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs is mandatory , preferably SAP HANA
- Strong experience across business readiness, stakeholder engagement,communicationsand adoption.
- Demonstrated ability tooperatewithin a large and complex organisation.
- Experience managing change risks, governance,dependenciesand executive reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business,technologyand program teams.
- The ability to provide clear, evidence-based readiness advice to senior leaders.
- SAP S/4HANA and SAP Activate experience will be highly regarded.
- Previousgovernment experience will beadvantageous.
