About the RoleZambrero Capalaba is seeking reliable and dedicated Supervisors to join our growing team. We have opportunities for both Casual and Full-time positions, with a specific focus on opening and afternoon shifts. You will play a key role in the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment the doors open.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant opening procedures and perform daily supervisor duties.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service with a smile.
- Prepare fresh Mexican-inspired meals according to Zambrero's high standards and recipes.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitization regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
- Robust communication skills and a natural ability to work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a professional work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced quick-service environment.
- Flexibility to work opening and afternoon shift rotations as required.
