About The Role

This is a 12-Month Fixed Term Full-Time contract for maternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Account Management

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients

- Act as the main point of contact and manage customer expectations

- Translate customer requirements into explicit internal project briefs

- Resolve issues and coordinate corrective actions where required





Commercial & Business Growth

- Develop pricing proposals and manage account profitability

- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and margin improvement

- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and new product opportunities

- Support forecasting and business planning activities

New Product Development (NPD)

- Manage NPD projects from concept through to production launch

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D;, QA, Operations, and Purchasing

- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

- Facilitate technical reviews, approvals, and production readiness

About You

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in account management, business development, or NPD project management
- Background in contract manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or personal care industries
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage margins
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Highly regarded:

- Experience in GMP or TGA-regulated environments
