We are looking for an experienced Technology Support Specialist to provide Level 2 onsite IT support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.

Key Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of IT Support / Desktop Support experience
- Robust experience providing Level 2 technical support
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise software
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritize incidents and manage service requests in a fast-paced environment
- Experience documenting solutions, maintaining knowledge bases, and creating technical documentation
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills





Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 onsite technical support for staff and end users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and mobile device issues
- Respond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
- Maintain accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and support records
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues
- Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support processes

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in enterprise or higher education environments is advantageous
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices is highly desirable
