We2re recruiting for a well-established independent Lebanese restaurant in West London, looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the team and oversee the day-to-day operation. Set across three floors, the restaurant offers a busy dining room, bar and private dining spaces, with a team of around 4500 employees.

The Role

- Lead and develop the front and back of house teams
- Be the face of the business and deliver an excellent guest experience
- Maintain high service standards, SOPs and operational systems
- Manage labour, rotas and the overall performance of the restaurant
- Work closely with the owners to continue driving the business forward

About You

- Previous experience as a General Manager in a premium restaurant
- Good understanding of Lebanese cuisine
- Experience working within an independent restaurant environment
- Robust operational and people management skills
- Able to bring structure, consistency and high standards while maintaining a hands-on approach

Package

- £60,000–£70,000 (basic salary plus tronc)
- Immediate start available
