smart, switched-on Sales & Marketing Coordinator who is commercially curious, strong with detail and knows their way around Excel.

you’ll work across sales, marketing, product and customer support, with plenty of variety and a manager who will give you the opportunity to learn and grow.

One day you’re supporting a trade show. The next you’re checking pricing, building an Excel report, creating an EDM or following up customers.

What you’ll be doing

- Maintain product codes, pricing and product data
- Cross-check information and identify pricing or data discrepancies
- Support sales enquiries, customer follow-up and account administration
- Prepare reports and analyse sales data
- Maintain CRM and ERP information
- Assist with EDMs, campaigns and product launches
- Coordinate trade shows, events, POS and promotional materials
- Support product samples, customer communications and marketing activity
- Work with sales, marketing, retailers, suppliers and external partners
- Jump on projects and help keep things moving

What we’re looking for

You’ll be organised, accurate and confident working with numbers and data.

You’ll ideally have:

- Strong Excel skills — lookups, PivotTables and formulas




- The ability to compare data and spot what doesn't look right
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and administration skills
- A practical, get-it-done attitude
- The ability to juggle priorities and hit deadlines
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn
- An interest in sales, marketing, products or customers
- A current driver's licence and access to your own car

You could be an experienced coordinator or a graduate with the right attitude and strong Excel capability. We’re looking for potential, not a perfect checklist.

$70,000 + Leave Loading + Super

Hybrid: 4 days per week on site after probation, with some flexibility for the right person.
