We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Cellar Door Manager to lead the front-of-house operations of our renowned family-owned winery. While wine knowledge is a bonus, it's certainly not essential. We can teach you everything you need to know about our wines and winery. What we can't teach is passion, personality, energy, and the ability to engage and inspire both customers and your team.

We are looking for applicants with high end customer service experience and the ability to transfer that high quality service to our cellar door. Applicants from hospitality, tourism, retail, events, customer service, or sales background, looking for a unique and rewarding leadership role are encouraged to apply. We are looking for an accomplished leader who will lead and mentor the entire cellar door to provide exceptional experiences championing our winery's brand and bringing our rich history to life for every guest who walks through the door.

About the Role

As our Cellar Door Manager, you'll be the face of the cellar door experience, ensuring every guest leaves with lasting memories and a desire to return.

You'll lead and motivate a dedicated team, drive sales and memberships, oversee daily operations, assist with marketing initiatives, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand and values.

This is a hands-on role where you'll spend plenty of time on the floor engaging with guests, supporting your team, and maintaining the vibrant energy that makes our cellar door a destination.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and motivating the Cellar Door team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Driving sales performance,



including wine sales and membership sign-ups.

Creating a welcoming, energetic, and engaging atmosphere for visitors.

Managing daily cellar door operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Coaching and developing team members to achieve their best.

Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Assisting with the planning and delivery of winery events.

Building robust relationships with guests and encouraging repeat visitation.

Maintaining high presentation standards across the venue.

Is available to work Wednesday to Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm with one rostered weekend off per month with flexibility to support special events as required.

Salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per annum
