Shaw Industries is seeking a Sampling Coordinator to manage the company’s sample program and provide back‑up support to Customer Service. You will ensure timely, accurate service to customers, sales teams and partners, coordinating domestic and international sample distribution.
You will process orders, maintain inventory accuracy, liaise with multiple teams and resolve inquiries promptly while upholding secure work practices in the sample room.
